Job Description

  • Responsible for Brand & Product Promotional Strategy Execution ( BTL Activities) market wise to provide adequate marketing support to each Business, branch and region so that they achieve their overall Marketing/Brand Objectives and business target.
  • Coordinating along with the Marketing Head to get feedback of local markets and accordingly execute Promotional ATL/BTL/On Ground activities/activations in closed coordination with State Heads.
  • Spearhead participation in events & exhibition, dealer engagement programs &effectively leverages these platforms to facilitate sales growth.
  • Responsible for coordinating with local agencies/national agencies for the execution of the Promotional plan which includes coordinating for best quotes, coordinating for creative’s, coordinating for monitoring etc.
  • Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions. Streamlining the vendors and setting up processes. Effective negotiation to get the best possible deals.
  • Maintain strong control over all vendors and all activities should be properly executed
  • Pre-planning of all activities should be done well in advance so that all the activities are implemented in time. Prepare month & Business Road Map specific marketing calendar for pre-planning the activities.
  • Keeping records of all the marketing related issues
  • Market mapping & completion tracking, sharing market intelligence with higher management.
  • In-branch Branding, External branding & Glow Sign Boards coordination with CO-Team to ensure quality output from the Vendors.
  • Designing and executing local events/calendar post approval to ensure maximum customer participation as well as achievement of pre-determined objective of the promotion
  • Drive BTL campaign’s segments wise across targeted geographies.
